WHY I PRACTICE MEDITATION:
Meditation helps me feel like me. It also allows me to move through life with a sense of awareness, calm, and gratitude that feels like an amazing gift.
WHY I TEACH MEDITATION:
I love sharing information, connecting with others, and experiencing the energy of group meditation.
I have travelled to 14 countries, and hope to visit many, many more, but I also enjoy traveling within the U.S. My most recent excursion was to Alaska, where I hiked and meditated on a glacier.
